| In preparing for the next quadrennium, USADA's Board of Directors and Staff have conducted a thorough strategic review of our Vision, Mission, Values and Goals. Using our eight-year history as the foundation of our review, we have set a future course for USADA that is designed to preserve, inspire, and protect true sport. The result of this review is "Game Plan 2012." Game Plan 2012 is built around four high level strategic goals, includes an evolution of our Vision, Mission and Values statements, and will guide every component of USADA's efforts for the next four years. |

| The Board of Directors and the Staff of USADA look back at the accomplishments of USADA's first eight years with a sense of satisfaction, and a sincere gratitude to our many partners and supporters in what has been an enormous and challenging effort.
